FROM LYNCHBURG AND EAST:
Route 460W to first Bedford exit. (Just past Wal-mart) Turn right and follow Main Street (Route 460 Business) to the 4th traffic light (the center of town) Follow directions below.
FROM I81 AND THE BLUE RIDGE PARKWAY Take Buchanan exit off I81. Follow Rt 11S over the James River and turn left onto Rt. 43S. Follow for about 4 miles and turn left onto the Blue Ridge Parkway. Look for signs Rt. 43S Bedford. About 4 miles turn right onto Rt. 43S, across from the Peaks of Otter Welcome Center. Follow this road for 8 miles and turn right onto Rt. 838 Three Otters Road. Go 7/10 mile and turn right onto Ottari Road. Go .01 mile and turn left onto Angus Terrace. GO THRU THE GROVE OF TREES.

 SOUTH AND SMITH MOUNTAIN LAKE:
Route 122N (pass D-Day Memorial and Bedford Visitors Center), take to the end, turn right onto Main Street go to first traffic light (Center of Town) and turn left onto N. Bridge Street. About ½ mile you will turn left onto Peak Street (Route 43N) BP gas station on corner. Go 1.6 miles and turn left onto Route 838 (Three Otters Road). Go 0.7 mile and turn right onto Ottari Rd. Go .01 mile and turn left onto Angus Terrace, GO THRU THE GROVE OF TREES and the B & B is on your right.

Route 460E to first Bedford exit (IT IS ON YOUR LEFT) Main Street (Route 460 Business). Follow to the second traffic light and turn left onto N. Bridge Street. Follow directions below.

N. Bridge Street, Follow signs for 43N. About ½ mile you will turn left onto Peak Street (Route 43N) BP gas station on corner. Go 1.6 miles and turn left onto Route 838 (Three Otters Road). Go 0.7 mile turn right onto Ottari Rd. Go. 01 and turn left onto Angus Terrace, GO THRU THE GROVE OF TREES.
