The Blue Ridge Room is a large airy and spacious room (16 x 16), with a cathedral ceiling. It is decorated in soft shades of blue, cream and rose. The comfortable queen bed with a feather-filled topper mattress pad will ensure you of a good night’s rest. There is a wide Lazy Boy recliner, cable TV, ceiling fan, plentiful basket of snacks with beverages and in-service coffee center. An en-suite private bath with tub/shower and high-rise toilet completes this country room on the first floor.

| The Garden Suite |

The Garden Suite is a large country suite (19 x 16), with a romantic electric fireplace and located on the first floor. The 105 year-old stain glass window over the pillow-top/memory foam queen bed makes the Garden Suite uniquely special. There is an en-suite private bath complete with stall shower. Decorated in shades of green, cream and red, this country room has plenty of stain glass, plants and a birdhouse collection to admire. French doors open to the beautiful Sunroom, where you can see the magnificent views of the Blue Ridge Mountains, Peaks of Otters and lake. Included is a comfortable rocking chair, Queen Anne chair, cable TV/VCR , tapes, romantic candles, books & magazines, remote control ceiling fans, plentiful basket of snacks and beverages, in-service coffee center, microwave and bar table with chairs. There is a private entrance to the 40’ deck with stairs leading to the hot tub room and yard.
For that extra guest, the Sunroom has a comfortable inner spring Castro convertible queen bed.

| The Vanquility Suite |

The Vanquility Suite is a large (25 x 20) suite, located on the lower terrace level, with a electric fireplace and flat screen TV. It is perfect for the family, special couple, girlfriends or an extended stay. There is a therapeutic pillow-top queen bed, trundle bed for two, recliner, cable TV/VCR/DVD, and movies, a plentiful basket of snacks and beverages, ceiling fan, and dining area. The kitchenette is complete with small refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster oven and all the kitchen supplies you will need. French doors lead to the Hot Tub Room and enclosed porch sitting area, where you can see the fantastic view of the Blue Ridge Mountains, Peaks of Otters and lake. There is a 40’ covered patio with several sitting areas, table/chairs for outside meals, and a chimney fireplace.

| The Game Room |

For the extended family or friends, when using the Vanquility Suite, can enjoy The Bedford Room/Game Room. This large room (24 x 20) on the lower level, has two twin beds, cot, ceiling fan, and French doors leading to the covered patio. Also included are a Pool table, board games, cable TV, Radio/Cassette/CD player, and two large fish tanks with our friendly fish Mr. Oscar and crew.
